EU & ROI

For shipping within Europe and ROI, we charge the following

  • ROI DPD - £9.95.

If we don’t cover your country, please e-mail admin@sutere.co.uk, and we will look into this. We don’t want to lose you.

USA & Canada

For shipping to the USA (Excluding California), and Canada, we charge following

  • USA (Excluding California) & Canada - £19.95

    Please note the following

  • We currently are unable to ship too California. We are working on this.

  • Orders being sent outside the EU maybe subject to taxes and/or import duty, which will be applied when your package reaches your country.

  • Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis.

  • It is with regret that we will be unable to estimate the cost of the duties and taxes incurred by your footwear. Each country has it’s own rates and imposed by your local customs.

  • Payment of duties and taxes will need to be paid in order to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

    Rest of the World

    We are really sorry for not being able to offer shipping to the rest of the world yet. We are working on it really hard behind the scenes as there is a lot of countries to set up! We are brand new and only a small company, we thank you for being so patient.
